Shopping FAQ
Simply place your order directly on our website.
Once you place an order, we ship your item very quickly. For this reason, we only accept cancellations within 6 hours of purchase. After that time, whether we can accept your cancellation will depend on the actual shipping status.
We do not currently have an official physical store or any other sales channel in Hong Kong. Orders can only be placed through our website, and all items are shipped directly from Korea.
Shipping FAQ
All products are shipped directly to customers from our headquarters in Korea.
In addition to home delivery, you can also choose to have your order sent to an SF Express pick-up point. If you're using an SF Express self-service locker, please make sure to enter the locker's full address in English rather than just its code.
Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. Delivery via RINCOS to Hong Kong takes approximately 4–5 business days. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.
Once your order ships, its status changes to “completed,” even though the parcel may still be in transit. Please check the shipping confirmation email in your inbox — it includes a tracking number you can use to follow your delivery.
This can happen if the recipient is repeatedly unavailable to sign for the parcel, cannot be reached, or provided incorrect information. In such cases, we will contact you by email to resolve the matter. If we do not receive a response from you within 3 weeks, we reserve the right to dispose of the goods.
